SpEC Sureflash is a self-adhesive flashing tape consisting of an aluminium foil laminated to a pressure sensitive butyl mastic layer protected by a release film

TYPICAL USES

SpEC Sureflash is used for sealing, protection and repair in a variety of applications and substrates such as glass, metal, concrete and most common building materials. Such applications include but are not limited to:

• Sealing around door and window frames
• Sealing around vents, penetrations, etc.
• Repair of gutters, drainpipes, and more.
• Jointing of glazed structures, skylights, and more.
• Sealing roof ridge tiles, chimney stacks, and more.
